Recruitment - Aim + Objectives
To promote the Quintin brand through Public relations, advertising and recruitment.
To grow the membership from the current level to an increased level for the duration of next season and beyond.
To be in a position where week in week out, both 1st and 2nd XV have at least 15 players and 3 substitutes each. Ideally be in a position where the club grow to be able to field a third team over years however the focus for this season is to have the latter as a minimum requirement.
